Technical Support - All new Image Edition installations of our network version come with an initial annual service plan (ASP). This covers up to 4 Image Edition related incidents. ASP renewal is optional with support for customers not covered under an ASP available on a per incident basis. Each incident will carry a pre-paid charge of $300 for up to two hours phone support with additional support available at $150/hour. |
