Image Edition is available in a standalone desktop version or as a network version. The network version price is based on how many concurrent user licenses are needed. There can be an unlimited number of named users with the number of users signed on not exceeding the total current user licenses. It is very easy to upgrade to additional concurrent users if the need arises. Pricing is as follows: Image Edition standalone - $599 Image Edition network version - $3,750 (includes one concurrent user) Additional concurrent users - $1,100 (up to 10 concurrent users - contact us for more users) An Annual Support Plan is included with all network versions of Image Edition and optionally purchased after the first year. Pricing is 20% of the purchase price for Standard support. Per incident support is available for a pre-paid per call minimum of $300 for up to two hours and additional support available for $150/hour.
