business. IMAGE WEB recognizes the IMAGE EDITION SYSTEM that the user
has running in their LAN environment. IMAGE WEB gives them the freedom
to choose what information they would like to publish on the WWW. In the
setup, IMAGE WEB asks the user which file cabinets they would like to
place on the WWW. The customers or partners of the company can easily
access the documents they need without any paper exchanged or money
spent on transferring the information. The person accessing the
information can view, print or download whatever documents they may
need. The information is placed on a private site and can only be
accessed using the assigned password.

Image CD ® A portable File

IMAGE CD is a unique piece of software that turns your IMAGE
EDITION SYSTEM into a portable file cabinet. IMAGE CD allows the user to
select certain file cabinets to "burn" onto a CD. The selected
documents can then be viewed using IMAGE EDITION by simply putting the
CD into any machine. The machine does not have to have IMAGE EDITION
loaded to view the documents. The CD is a complete run time version of
IE that allows you to view and print the documents. IMAGE CD is the
perfect alternative to carrying cumbersome file folders of documents
through the airport and to every business meeting you attend.
IMAGE CD was recently used by a customer to produce an
informational CD about Breast Cancer. The customer scanned in all of the
information he acquired and stored it into file cabinets and folders. He
then "burned" onto a CD all the information he had stored in
IMAGE EDITION so people that wanted to do research on the subject would
have this extensive information on one CD.
