The three printing options are fit to page, actual size, and 100%. Fit to page will stretch or shrink an image to best make use of all the space on a page. Actual size means that a document which was 5x4 inches when scanned will be the same size when printed. 100% means that for every document pixel, there will be a corresponding pixel on the printed page; this option is useful as an alternative to stretching the image to fit.
